Upon the completion of your requirements and the construction of your property, you can immediately move into your new house.
Usually, the processing for ready for occupancy (RFO) properties take 3 months before you can move in. For unconstructed properties, 6 to 8 months is the allotted time for turnover.
During this process, we assist the home buyers in completing his/her requirements so he/she can easily move into his/her new house.
Before the turnover, you will attend a turnover ceremony conducted by the developer. In here, you will be officially welcomed as a new homeowner and they will discuss the deeds of restriction and other rules in the community.
