After visiting the property and you decided to buy it, the first thing that you will do is to reserve that property.
As your dedicated licensed broker, we will show you the subplan of your chosen community and we will plot the best location for your home. You can choose among the available house and lot in your chosen community.
After that, you can now reserve that property by paying for the reservation fee. Depending on the type of property, reservation usually costs PHP5,000 to PHP10,000. Settling the reservation fee means that the property is under your name for 3 months. Within this 3 months, the processing of your home will start. In case there’s no movement or progress on your part during these 3 months, there will be forfeiture of reservation and you cannot refund the reservation fee.
Your reservation fee is also part of the whole processing fee. It will automatically be deducted on the total amount of your processing fee.
